1. Who processes data and the scope of this policy
Enew Hub is operated by Enew Studio. This policy applies to platform users, organization participants, and people responsible for API Users. For questions or requests, use the official channels available at enewstudio.com.
2. Data we may process
We may process the account unique identifier, name, profile photo, email, password hash, language, theme, IP address, consent records, organizations and groups you join, permissions, files and metadata, storage usage, API keys and activity, notifications, and audit records.
3. Why we use this data
We use data to create and protect accounts, authenticate access, provide the service, enforce plan limits, organize files, enable collaboration, run integrations, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, record consent, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
4. What other organization users can see
When you join an organization, some information is no longer visible only to you and may be accessed by other authorized participants in that same organization:
- Your name, profile photo, and email may appear in user lists, support tickets, and administration screens for authorized participants and platform operations.
- Your group, role, and permissions may be visible to owners and users authorized to manage access.
- Your activity may appear in audit records, including the responsible user, action, date, time, IP address, and information about the affected item.
- Files, folders, and their metadata may be visible to participants with the required permissions.
This information is not published to everyone on the internet. Visibility is limited to the organization context, granted permissions, and platform administrators when access is required for support, security, or operations.
5. Sharing and service providers
We may use infrastructure, storage, hosting, and security providers to operate the platform. They receive only the data required to provide their services and must process it under contractual and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
11. Transactional and marketing emails
We use email to confirm accounts, recover passwords, and notify administrators about support tickets. These messages are required for service operation and delivery. News and offers are sent only with optional consent that is recorded and can be withdrawn in account settings. The delivery provider receives only the data needed for sending and technical delivery records.
6. Sessions and essential technologies
We use cookies or session identifiers required to keep you signed in, protect forms, remember language and theme, and secure navigation.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain data while an account or organization is active and as needed to provide the service. After a deletion request, data may be temporarily retained for security, fraud prevention, auditing, dispute resolution, operational backups, and legal obligations.
8. Controls and responsibilities
We use access controls, organization isolation, audit records, and operational practices appropriate for the service. Organization owners are also responsible for reviewing permissions, handling API keys carefully, and removing access that is no longer needed.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of data and review consent records in your account area. Some requests may require identity verification and must respect legal limits or data controlled by an organization you participate in.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The current version and update date will be shown on this page.
